Engine 03 · For whoever runs the monthly pay

From attendance to payslip, every month.

Attendance, the salary structure, FBR income tax, EOBI, provident fund and gratuity, worked out for the month and posted to the ledger.

One person's month, gross to net

The salary structure gives the gross. Income tax, EOBI and provident fund come off it to give the net. The employer's EOBI share, the provident fund match and the gratuity accrual are posted as the employer's cost, not deducted.
