Account and access
I can’t sign in.
Check that you are using the email address you signed up with. If you have forgotten your password, ask for a reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes.
I’m waiting to join a workplace.
First open the verification link we emailed you. Then the owner of that workplace approves your request.
While the waiting page is open it checks for approval by itself and takes you in once you are approved. If it is taking a while, ask the owner of the workplace to approve you.
Someone gave me an invite code.
Sign in, open “Have a Business ID or an invite code?” and enter the code. You join that business right after signing in, with the access its owner set.
Your workspace
How do I switch businesses?
If your account belongs to more than one business, the business name at the top of the app opens a list to switch between them. Manage, then You, then Your businesses lists them all.
Check the business name before you enter records.
How do I add another engine?
An admin of the business can ask for another engine from the engine list while signed in. Our sales team sets it up. If you are not an admin, ask one of your admins.
Records and balances
A balance doesn’t look right.
Note the business, the engine and the record’s reference. Compare the entries with their receipts and other evidence. A receipt, a reimbursement and a profit payment are different events, so avoid adding a balancing entry until you know the cause.
Then email support with what you found. Keep passwords, patient details and payroll documents out of the first message.
I need a copy of my data.
Email support from the address on your account and say which business and records you need. The Privacy Policy explains what you can ask for, including deletion.
Installing the app
Do I need to install anything?
No. Al-Haytham works in your browser, and you can install it from the browser as an app. Release status shows what remains before the Windows and Android apps are public.
Still stuck?
